Method

  • Beat egg whites. Start adding sugar slowly when eggs have started fluffing. Beat for a long time until they hold very stiff peaks and you can almost write your name in it. Lastly, add the vinegar.

  • Drop by the spoonful on parchment paper and bake at 250 degrees until they start browning. Then turn down to 200 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Turn oven off and leave in oven overnight.

  • Serve with whipped cream and fresh berries or fruit of your choice.

    • 6 Egg Whites
    • 1 ½ cups Sugar
    • 1 tbs Vinegar
