Beat egg whites. Start adding sugar slowly when eggs have started fluffing. Beat for a long time until they hold very stiff peaks and you can almost write your name in it. Lastly, add the vinegar.
Drop by the spoonful on parchment paper and bake at 250 degrees until they start browning. Then turn down to 200 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Turn oven off and leave in oven overnight.
Serve with whipped cream and fresh berries or fruit of your choice.
