1. Wrap each shrimp with ½ slice of bacon. Secure with a cocktail stick.
2. The cooking time for large king prawn and bacon is similar so if you use medium-sized prawns, slightly precook the bacon.
3. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil, place prawns on the rack and sprinkle with Tropical Sun Smoked Bar-b-que Seasoning and salt. Turn the shrimp over and repeat action.
4. Preheat the oven to 230°C. Set the shrimp aside while the oven preheats. As the Smoked Bar-b-que Seasoning soaks into the bacon, it will turn from creamy white to semi-opaque. Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil. Bake for 10-15 minutes. The shrimp should be tender and pink and the bacon crisp. Serve immediately and enjoy!
