Method

  • Melt the butter, syrup & chocolate in bowl over a boiling pan of water. Stir until smooth and remove the bowl from the heat.

  • Add the cornflakes and mix gently until the cornflakes are thoroughly covered in the chocolate mix.

  • Spoon into cases or into a tray and allow to cool before placing in the fridge to set.
