Cheeky Asparagus!

Method

  • Butterfly the chicken then beat it with a rolling pin a little( funnnnn)
  • Slather the inside bit of the chicken with loads of full fat creamy philly, season and add some chilli.
  • Wrap the chicken round three spears of asparagus, making sure you snap the hard bit off the naughty end first.
  • Then wrap the little devil in the parma ham, make sure you cover it all.

  • Repeat for all the chicken breasts, and put them in a baking tray, season, and drizzle a little oil all over them.

  • Put them in the oven for 30-40 minutes, you have time to make some spuds and veg.

  • Serve them up, and my favorite bit is to get ta spoon and eat all the spare melted philly out the bottom of the tray.

    • 12 Asparagus spears
    • I tub philadelphia cream cheese- full fat
    • 4 chicken breasts
    • 1 packet Parma Ham Slices
    • i Red Chilli. deseeded and finely sliced
    • pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
