Ingredients

  • 2 tblsp Clear Honey
  • 4 tblspn Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tblsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tblsp chopped mint
  • salt and pepper 

Method

Put all the ingredients into a screw top jar, adding salt and pepper to taste,.
Shake well to blend before serving. Makes 1 cup.
