Place the first four ingredients in a food processor and mix to smooth consistency, or you can make by hand by creaming the spread and sugar together and then adding the eggs and flour.
Mix in the sultanas and mincemeat by hand. Turn into an 8" tin,level the top and sprinkle with the almonds. Bake at 180degrees C (or equivalent) for 15 mins. Then reduce the heat to 160 and continue cooking until done. A skewer should come out clean. If the cake looks as if is browning too much cover lightly with foil.
It makes a nice light fruit cake, keeps and freezes well.

I made this last night to use the leftover mincemeat fronm Christmas. Very quick and easy,but took slightly longer to bake than stated.
