1. Prick the baking potatoes and put them in the top of the oven at 200oC gas 6. Mix the rest of the ingredients except the chicken and the butter or yoghurt together well and coat the chicken with this mixture, arranging the pieces of chicken in a baking dish.
2. When the potatoes have been in the oven for 20 minutes, add the chicken pieces towards the bottom of the oven and bake for a further 30 minutes.
3. If the chicken pieces look as if the are turning too brown, cover them loosley with a little foil. Serve the chicken with the potatoes, halved and topped with the butter or yoghurt.
