Method

  • Take five slices of beard at a time (inc. end bits) and cut into four

  • Place into blender using the two-jagged blade fitting, repeat until the whole loaf if blended

  • Foil up an oven tray and cover tray with breadcrumbs and grill the tray

  • Every minute the crumbs need to be shaken/turned until they go crispy brown (not burnt)

  • Once toasted, place in pots and when cooled down, refrigerate (these will be good for at least two weeks)
