Salmon Rissoles epitomised Sunday lunchtime at Nan and Gramps' house. Served with freshly cut, home made (deep fried) chips. Don't forget the pickled red cabbage too!!!
There is nothing quite like Nan's Salmon Rissoles. I think it is the homemade breadcrumbs they are coated in or maybe it's the fact that this dish was never formally offered as it was a dish that Nan made just for Gramps on a Sunday lunchtime.
