K'nadels (Matzo Balls)

Method

  • Whisk 4 large eggs and mix slowly / gently whilst adding a table spoon of ground almonds, 2/3 table spoons of melted Tomor (spreadable) and medium fine matzo meal

  • Add enough matzo meal until the mixture is thick (you need to be able to role the mixture so it must be too sloppy). Then leave in the fridge for an hour to harden up

  • You then role and boil a pan of water (adding a table spoon of salt) and add the balls into the water for 15 mins

  • Once cooled on a tray you can open freeze them. Thus you should have 18 k’nadels!!!
