    Ingredients

    • 2tbsp Rolled Oats
    • 150ml Creme Fraiche
    • 150g Total 0% Greek Yoghurt
    • 1 wee dram Dalwhinnie Whisky
    • 10-12 Raspberries
    • 1-2 tbsp honey

    Method

    • 1. Toast the oats in a frying pan until lightly browned. Let cool and set aside
      2. Whisk up the creme fraiche with the total yoghurt
      Fold in the honey and whisky
      3. In dessert glasses, place 2-4 raspberries at the bottom of each glass. Reserve 3 or 4 for the top of the mixture.
      4. Loosely chop up the rest of the raspberries and fold into the yoghurt and creme fraiche mixture.
      5. sprinkle the cooled oats over the top of the mixture
      Place raspberries on top
      Stick in the fridge until ready to eat.
