Method

  • 1. Toast the oats in a frying pan until lightly browned. Let cool and set aside
  • 2. Whisk up the creme fraiche with the total yoghurt
  • Fold in the honey and whisky
  • 3. In dessert glasses, place 2-4 raspberries at the bottom of each glass. Reserve 3 or 4 for the top of the mixture.
  • 4. Loosely chop up the rest of the raspberries and fold into the yoghurt and creme fraiche mixture.
  • 5. sprinkle the cooled oats over the top of the mixture
  • Place raspberries on top
  • Stick in the fridge until ready to eat.

    • 150ml Creme Fraiche
    • 150g Total 0% Greek Yoghurt
    • 1 wee dram Dalwhinnie Whisky
    • 10-12 Raspberries
    • 1-2 tbsp honey
