Chicken Breast Stuffed with Cumberland Sausage

Method

  • Cut a pocket in each of the chicken breasts and stuff the sausage into the chicken breast
  • Wrap the parma ham around the chicken breast
  • Put on a baking tray and cover with buttered aluminium foil (avoid sticking)
  • Cook in oven for around 40-50 minutes on 200 degrees C

  • Serve with mash and seasonal veg and chicken gravy.
  • Tips

    • Use smoked bacon instead of parma ham.

    • 2 chicken breasts
    • 1 pack of parma ham
