2. Place 3 lanes of 7 Salami slices on grease proof papered covered shelf, close and sightly overlapping each other(so melting cheese don't fall through)
3. Grate full fat mature chedder over the lot
4. Place evenly, sliced shallots over
5. Sprinkle Cayenne pepper and Oregano to liking over top
