Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven to 225c for 5-10 mins
  • 2. Place 3 lanes of 7 Salami slices on grease proof papered covered shelf, close and sightly overlapping each other(so melting cheese don't fall through)
  • 3. Grate full fat mature chedder over the lot
  • 4. Place evenly, sliced shallots over
  • 5. Sprinkle Cayenne pepper and Oregano to liking over top
  • 6. Place in oven until slightly crispy.
  • 7. Enjoy!
  • Tips

    • Add HOT tabasco for that fiery italian taste!
