Method

  • 1. Saute the onin in a large frying pan on the butter for 5 minutes.

  • 2. Raise the heat to medium hot, add the potatoes, cabbage, beef, salt and pepper and continue to fry for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time, until browned and crispy.

    • 30g Butter
    • 1  Onion. chopped
    • 500g Cooked Potatoes. mashed
    • 250g Cooked Cabbage. chopped
    • 8 slices Cooked Beef chopped
    • 1 tsp. Salt and Pepper
