Haggis Topped Pork Chops with Whisky Sauce

Method

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 200o gas 6 and put a little olive oil in a baking dish. Place the chops in the dish, season and roast until just cooked, abour 40 minutes.
  • 2. Meawhile, turn the haggis into a dish and prepare the whisky sauce. Take the chops out of the oven and place on plates. Spoon a mound of haggis onto each chop - not too much - and serve the the Whisky sauce spooned over.
  • Tips

    • Serve this with any veg of your choice - I did mashed potatoes and mashed swede as it was for a Burns Night supper but anything you fancy would do!
