Method

  • 1. Add mustard seeds to hot oil until they popped
  • 2. Then add 1 finely chopped onion, garlic and chillies.
  • 3. Add to this curry leaves,
  • 4. Also addblack pepper, chilli powder, cinnamon powder
  • 5. Add to this pre-boiled mashed potatoes, add vegetables to this also if desired.
  • 6. Mix all together and cook for a couple of minutes.
  • 7. Then add some chopped coriander and you can add a little butter for flavour too.
  • 8. For the batter use beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs twice.
  • 9. Fry until golden brown and serve hot
