Spiced Pork Burgers with South African Peach and Chilli Salsa

Ingredients
- 600g Minced pork
- 1 tsp. Ground cumin
- 1 tsp. Ground coriander
- 0.5 tsp. Smoked paprika
- 1 clove Garlic. finely crushed
- Sea salt and pepper
- SALSA
- 2 Peaches
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Red chilli
- 1 small handful Fresh coriander
- 1 Juice and zest of lime
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- Splash of Olive oil
- TO SERVE
- 4 medium Sweet potatoes
- 3-4 cloves Garlic
- Sprinkling of Dried chilli flakes
- Olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper
- Green salad
