Apple Crumble
Ingredients
- 100 gm sugar (brown is best but white is fine)
- 100 gm digestive biscuits
- 50 gm butter
- 250 gm cooking apples
Method
- Crush the digestive biscuits
Melt the butter and add to the biscuit base
Mix well place in the 10" round oven tin - flatten well.
