Method

  • Crush the digestive biscuits
  • Melt the butter and add to the biscuit base
  • Mix well place in the 10" round oven tin - flatten well.

    • 100 gm sugar (brown is best but white is fine)
    • 100 gm digestive biscuits
    • 50 gm butter
    • 250 gm cooking apples
