Ingredients
- 4oz Plain Flour
- 4 Eggs
- ½ pint Milk
Method
- 1. Mix the flour and the eggs in a bowl
2. Beat in the milk
3. Pour into tray with VERY hot oil in it.
4. Cook at 220 C for half and hour or until cooked.
Tips
- The key is to heat the oil in a good quality tray so that it's VERY hot when you pour the batter in.
