The Basics

Ingredients

• 1 pint Sweetened apple puree
• ½ a lemon Juice of
• 2 Stiffly beaten egg whites
• ¼ pint Double cream

Method

• Add the lightly whipped double cream to the apple puree.

• Fold in 2 stiffly beaten egg whites.

• Pour into glass dishes.

• Chill.

• Eat on day of making.
