Method

  • 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  • 2. Stir in the tuna and sweet chilli sauce. Heat through and serve.
  • Tips

    • Sauteed diced onion is a nice addition to this recipe but adds to the faff if you want something quick.

      Add enough sweet chilli sauce so that all the rice is well coated.

      This is even quicker if you can use leftover cooked rice - although heat through well as reheated rice can give you food poisoning.

    Ingredients

    • 4 oz long grain rice
    • ~180 g canned tuna. drained
    • ~60 ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
