Method

  • 1. Peal and grate carrots very finely.
  • 2. Peal apple and grate roughly.
  • 3. Pour over immediatly lemon and orange juice and mix well.
  • 4. Add the oil and mix well.

  • * This salad can be prepared an hour in advanced to enable the flavours. It can also be served as a dessert. It goes well with fish and chips or fish coated in breadcrumbs.
  • Ingredients

    • CARROTS
    • 2-3 Big organic carrtos
    • 1 Apple
    • 1 Orange juice (fresh)
    • ½ Lemon juice fresh
    • 1 tsp Walnut oil
