Method

  • 1. Mash the thawed fruits with a fork until form a puree

  • 2. Por the custard and fromage into a mixing bowl. Carefully stir in the fruit puree using a spatula.

  • 3.Pour the mixture into a plastic box. Cover and freeze for 1 hour. Stir the frozen mixture and return to the freezer for 1 hour. Repeat until the mixture is frozen. Placce in the fridge for 30 mins before serving.
  • Ingredients

    • 150ml fruit puree made from frozen pack of forest fruits thawed ( or fresh fruits )
    • 400g carton of fresh custard
    • 400g fromage frais
