- 4½ oz (125 g) green lentils
- 4½ oz (125 g) red lentils
- 1 pint (600 ml) water
- 1 medium onion
- 8 oz (225 g) tomatoes
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- ½ tbsp black mustard seeds
- 1 inch (2½ cm) root ginger
- 2 green chillies de-seeded and finely chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh coriander roughly chopped

Please can you tell me how much coconut milk is used as it doesn't specify in the recipe?
