try adding vanilla to the cheesecake mix, for best results, scrape the seeds into the sugar for the cheesecake mix a couple of days befor!
Ingredients
- CHEESECAKE FILLING
- 250g Full fat cream cheese
- 140g Curd Cheese
- 60g caster sugar
- 15g Plain white flour
- 1 Medium Egg
- 2 medium egg yolks
- BROWNIE MIX
- 200g pecan nuts toasted and roughly chopped
- 200g Plain white flour (sifted)
- 6 Medium Eggs
- 450g caster sugar
- 200g Dark Chocolate (70%) broken up
- 300g unsalted butter
- TOPPING
- 85g unsalted butter
- 120ml water
- 250g Dark Chocolate (70%) finely chopped
