2. Cut avocados length ways but do not pull the two halves apart.
3. Wrap avocado in foil and place in oven proof dish and cook for about 30 mins.
4. Meanwhile, chop all the other ingredients and then mix all the filling ingredients together.
5. Preheat grill. Remove cooked avocado from foil and remove stones. Spoon the filling into each of the half and place under the grill for about 10 mins until the filling is golden brown.
6. Remove from grill and add dash of Worcestershire sauce before serving.
