Method

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Pour into glass and top with a few blueberries.
  • If too thick add some more milk.
  • You can use a mixture of oats - oatmeal, wheatgerm, oatbran.

    • 1 Ripe Banana
    • 125g (5oz) Blueberries
    • 25g (1oz) Porridge Oats
    • 15g (½oz) Wheatgerm
    • 1tsp Honey
    • 75ml (3oz) Milk - Semi Skimmed (healthier!)
