Blueberry & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 125g (5oz) Blueberries
- 25g (1oz) Porridge Oats
- 15g (½oz) Wheatgerm
- 1tsp Honey
- 75ml (3oz) Milk - Semi Skimmed (healthier!)
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
Pour into glass and top with a few blueberries.
If too thick add some more milk.
You can use a mixture of oats - oatmeal, wheatgerm, oatbran.
