Until recently I had never eaten Indian food. Then a very good friend of mine decided it was high time to rectify this situation. She made Chicken Curry and believe me the subtle combination of flavours was absolutely sublime. Now armed with a few more of her recipes I am discovering how great Indian food is - and so I am adding this recipe to your group so that you can too.
