Fry sausages in olive oil. Cut into chunks & put into a casserole dish.
Fry onions, carrots and leeks. Stir in flour & remove from heat.
Blend in stock and wine. Bring to boil.
Add chilli powder, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, salt & pepper and garlic.
Pour mixture over the sausages.
To make cobbler, sieve flour & salt. Add herbs. Add margarine and rub in. Add milk to a soft dough. Roll out to half inch thick. Use 2 inch crinkle cutter to cut 10 scones and place in a circle on top of mixture.
Cook at 200 degrees C for 45 minutes until the topping is golden.
Freezes well without scones, add scones on day of cooking.
