Method

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and work until it forms a dough. Chill the dough in the fridge.

  • Make the mixture into walnut sized balls, roll them in sesame seeds and flatter then with a fork onto a baking sheet.

  • Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden.
  • Ingredients

    • 125g Self raising flour
    • 125g Butter
    • 60g Roquefort
    • 60g Edam. cantal. compte or gruyere
    •  sesame seeds (to coat)

    These bisuits are insanely good (and easy to make) - they dont have a strong blue cheese flavour but just taste delicious and savoury :D
