Method

  • Butter and flour a pudding basin.

  • Mix the other ingredients in a food processor or by hand.

  • Add your topping to the bowl. Cover the topping with the pudding mix.

  • Cover the pudding basin with clingfilm and pierce the cling film.

  • Cook in the microwave -
  • 500 watts

    • 100g Butter
    • 100g Caster sugar
    • 2 Medium eggs
    • 3-4tbsp topping of your choice eg. Maple syrup
