1. If you are using wooden skewers you will need about 12 if small or 8 if big which should be soaked in warm water before you use them for about 30 mins
2. Make the marinade by putting oil, soy sauce, vinegar and a bit of black pepper to taste in a large bowl.
3. Cut chicken into chunks and put in marinade
4. Cover and put in fridge for about 15 mins
5. Cut green pepper into chunks ready to put on skewers
6. Take chicken out of fridge and put on skewer with green pepper and mushrooms
7. Put on bar-b-q and cook using marinade to baste
