Chicken Satay

Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken
- Marinade
- 1 Crushed garlic clove
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- Pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1tbsp Lemon juicee
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- Sauce
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic
- ¼ Onion
- ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 5 fl oz Water
- 2 oz Smooth peanut butter
- ½ tbsp Lemon juice
- ¾ tsp Medium brown sugar

hey ya just a quick question on the method number 6: so i fry it then when im happy pour it into the water and boil is that right? many thanks, oh and it sounds yummy
