1. Put flour with a little salt and pepper into a small plastic food bag. Put chicken pieces into bag one at a time and shake until evenly coated with flour.
2. Put oil in frying pan and fry chicken pieces until golden brown
3. Finely chop onion
4.Take chicken out and put in oven-to-table casserole. In same oil fry onion until golden brown (not burnt). Add all other ingredients EXCEPT MUSHROOMS and bring gently to the boil.
5.Pour sauce over chicken and cook in oven 180c for no more than 45 mins
6. After 35 mins cooking time add mushrooms to casserole
