Mix together the Semolina and Milk in a saucepan and heat up on the hob until the mixture thickens.Stir in the beaten Egg and Sugar. Keep stirring for a few minutes and serve hot with a dash of Rasberry sauce (or Jam or sultanas). Equaly delicious cold. Kids will love it.
Tips
Such a simple and tasty pudding to make. Though it seems to have gone out of fashion.I like to use bottled sterilised milk but it's difficult to find some times
