Chocolate Covered Strawberries

1.Melt chocolate over a bain marie.

2.Dip fresh strawberries in the melted chocolate until three quarters covered.

3.Put berries on a sheet of waxed paper to cool.

4. Let set until chocolate hardens. You can hasten the process by placing them in the frige for a few minutes.

Love this dessert because it has a healthy side with the fruits and a greedy side with the chocolate!
