American Pancake

Alternative for Pancake Day and great for breakfast/brunch


1. Mix Flour, salt, sugar, milk and egg
2. Stir in melted butter
3. Add a little oil to a hot pan, then pour on pancake mix. Reduce heat to medium so they cook through but don't burn.
4. Serve with maple syrup and or blueberries, fresh fruit, bacon etc.


Melted Butter 2 Tbsp
Egg 1
Milk 130ml
Sugar (caster) 2 Tbsp
Salt ½ Tsp
Flour 135g
