Chinese Chilli Beef With Broccoli

Ingredients
- 200g rump or topside steak thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon corn floor
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 red chilli pepper
- 300g broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce (nam pla)
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 lime juce and grated rind
- 1 spring onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
