In the meantime dry fry the pine nuts in a frying pan until golden.
Gently fry bacon in a wok. put bacon on a plate. Put onion, carrots and celery in the bacon fat in the wok ans srir fry for about 3 mins on high heat until just tender.
Add both peppers and stir fry for 1 min. Stir in the rice a little at a time.
Mix in the soy and sesame oil and allow to warm through, stirring contantly. just before serving stir in the bacon and pine nuts, Good with grilled meat.
