Method

  • Put the flour in a basin.Add quite a lot of pepper and a good pinch of salt.Make a hole in the middle and add the eggs.Add alittle bit of water.Then gradually add milk+water untill the mixture is fairly smooth and creamy.Bake for approx. 20 minutes in oven pre-heated to 200c.(Allow the fat to smoke in baking tray before putting mixture in)
