Method
Preheat oven to 180 C. butter and line 20cm square pan.
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs gradually, beating well after each addition.
Add maltesers alternately with flour and milk, stir gently until just combined and mixture is almost smooth.
Spoon mix into tin and smooth surface. Bake for 25min. Leave to stand for 10 min before turning out.
Make icing by melting choc, and beating together with cream cheese and honey.
Ice and decorate with broken Maltesers.

- 125g Butter
- 1/3 cup Caster Sugar
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 100g Maltesers cut roughly in ½
- 2/3cup Plain Flour (sieved)
- 1/3 cup Self raising flour (sieved)
- 1tbsp Cocoa Powder
- ¼ cup Milk

- 50g White Chocolate
- 100g Cream Cheese
- 2tsp Honey
