Method

  • Skin chicken pieces. Heat oil in pan and fry chicken pieces both sides until brown.
  • Place chicken pieces in bottom of dish. Place
  • alternate layers of diced onions, washed chopped mushrooms and pieces of celery about 1/4" in length.
  • Season well and pour over the tomato soup, which has been diluted with 1/2 a can of water-or use tomato puree. Place bay leaves on top. Cover and cook on the middle shelf of the oven. Regulo 5 or 375 for approximately 1 hour.
  • Serve with boiled rice.

    • 1-2 medium onions
    • 4 sticks celery
    • medium can condensed tomato soup
    • ? seasoning
    • 2 bay leaves
