Skin chicken pieces. Heat oil in pan and fry chicken pieces both sides until brown.
Place chicken pieces in bottom of dish. Place
alternate layers of diced onions, washed chopped mushrooms and pieces of celery about 1/4" in length.
Season well and pour over the tomato soup, which has been diluted with 1/2 a can of water-or use tomato puree. Place bay leaves on top. Cover and cook on the middle shelf of the oven. Regulo 5 or 375 for approximately 1 hour.
