Method
1.Cook the noodles in boiling water.
2.Cut the chicken into strips.
3.Prepare all the vegetables, deseed the pepper, chilli, and shred the pak choi.
4.Heat the oil in a wok,and add the onion and chilli. Fry for a minute.
5.Cook the chicken thoroughly for 3-4 minutes.
Add remaining vegetables,and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Drain the noodles, stir them in to the dish, and cook for 2 more minutes.
7. Serve and enjoy!
TOP TIP: add soy sauce!

- 100g Noodles
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 Garlic clove. crushed
- ½ a red chilli
- A red onion - diced
- ½ a yellow pepper
- 1 pak choi
- 10ml oil
