Fry sausages in oil until golden brown, 10-15 mins. Remove and keep warm. Add oonion and bacon to pan, fry gently 5 mins, then add mushrooms. Cook a further 5 mins. Stir in the flour, then gradually add cider, stock , bay leaf and seasoning. Bring to boil add the sausages, cover and simmer for 20 mins.
