Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Add the tuna steaks and cook over a high heat for 1 minute on each side. Pour in the wine and let it bubble up for a few moments.
Add the lemon zest and olives, then tip in the jar of Taste of Italy Tomato & Chilli Pasta Sauce and heat until simmering. Lower the heat and cook gently for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with lightly cooked baby vegetables.
Cook’s tip: You could cook chicken breasts in exactly the same way as the tuna steaks, though cook them in the olive oil for 4-5 minutes per side before adding the wine.
