Method

  • 1.heat your oven to gas mark 6 then get the buter and rud it around a 12 hole muffin tray. then put the flour baking powderand sugar into a bowl.then add i the crushed maltesers and stir together makeing a hollow i the middle

  • 2. mix oil milk eggs and vannila essnce.then pour it into the hollow then mix toether with a fork .

  • top tip dont overmix but make sure there is no flour left un mixed

  • 3.spoon the mix into the tin then bake for about 20 mins.then leave to cool then store in a air tight contaner to stop them getting dry. then eat

    • INGREDIENTS
    • a little butter
    • 300g or 10 oz self raising flour
    • 1and a½ teaspoons baking powder
    • 100g or 4 oz caster sugar
    • 200g or 7 oz crushed maltesers
    • 100ml or 4 floz sunflower oil
    • 250ml of 9floz milk
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
