I made this for 6 people so I had to double everything up. I forgot to double up the tomato pasta source though but made it up with some passatta that I found in the cupboard. It was a great success. Everyone loved it. It is tasty, filling and very easy to make. I now realise that Scan meatballs are Scandinavian meatballs :-) Dave K.
